Maxis One Plan Review

Do you ever change your Maxis postpaid plan? The latest plan is always more economic than the old plan. By switching to Maxis One Plan lite, my monthly phone bill is reduced from RM120++ to RM78.

How the new plan is charged?

MaxisONE plan lite RM78 - Free unlimited call and SMS to Maxis user, the package is including 1GB data

MaxisONE plan RM128 - Free unlimited call and SMS to Maxis and all other operator user e.g. (Digi, Celcom, U mobile, TM fix line), the package is 2GB data

There is no extra charge and data cut off to users who exceed data usage, however Maxis will slow the data speed.

Such a good plan, why doesn't Maxis auto upgrade for every user?

- Maxis must get user approval to upgrade the plan.
- The user is tied with another phone plan, it requires user to fulfill the contract to mature date.

May I use it for marketing purpose e.g. bulk sms or simulate call to many customers?

Terms and condition: The Plan(s) Limitless minutes and SMS' are for standard person-to-person calls or texts; it is meant for you to talk or to use your fingers to text to another person. It is NOT meant for multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity that MMSSB considers to be non-standard usage.

For those who plan to upgrade the plan, simply call Maxis customer care at 123 and ask consultant for help.
